What is covered

Every part we sell, including outlet and clearance parts, is covered for 12 months from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a covered part fails, we repair it, replace it or refund it.

What is not covered

Normal wear, such as gaskets, filters, belts and brake parts wearing in use.
Damage from incorrect installation, modification, accidents or neglect.
Parts used in racing or competition.
Labour, towing, or damage to other parts of the vehicle.

How to make a claim

Contact us with your order reference, the part number and a description of the fault.
Add photos or a short video if you can. It often lets us approve a claim without the part being sent back.
If we need to inspect the part, we send you a return number and pay the return shipping for approved claims.

This warranty does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
