Cost

Orders with a parts total over $150 ship free.
For smaller orders we quote shipping in the confirmation email, and you approve it before paying.
Oversized and heavy items, such as complete engines, transmissions and automobiles, are always quoted separately.

Dispatch times

In-stock parts ship the same business day when your order is confirmed before 3 pm.
Parts marked “Available to order” usually ship within one to three weeks. We give you an expected date when we confirm.
Complete automobiles are built to order, and we agree a timeline with you directly.

Tracking

Every order gets a reference starting with MBP-. Use it on the tracking page to see status updates and a live map.

International orders

We ship to most countries. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by the destination country and are paid by the buyer. We include an estimate in the confirmation email where we can.

Damaged or missing parcels

Check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us within 7 days with photos of the box and parts, and we will replace or refund the affected items.
