Terms of sale

These terms apply when you use motorbaseparts.com and buy from Motor Base Parts (“we”, “us”). By sending an order request you agree to them.

1. Orders

Sending an order request does not create a contract. We review each request and reply by email with the confirmed parts, shipping cost and total. The contract starts when you approve that confirmation and pay. We may decline an order, for example if a part is unavailable or a price was listed in error.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice until your order is confirmed. Payment options are listed in the confirmation email. Import duties and local taxes are paid by the buyer.

3. Delivery

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

4. Returns and warranty

Returns are covered by our returns policy and faults by our warranty.

5. Fitment and use

Product pages describe the applications each part is made for, but you are responsible for checking that a part suits your vehicle before installing it. Many performance parts are intended for off-road or competition use and may not be legal on public roads where you live. Check local laws on emissions and vehicle modifications. We recommend installation by a qualified mechanic.

6. Discounts, rewards and gift cards

Discounts and rewards are applied to confirmed orders as described on their pages and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may change or end these programs with notice on this site.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost income or labour costs, except where the law does not allow this to be limited. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

8. Website content

Product descriptions, photos and other content on this site are for your personal use while shopping and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission. Names and marks of vehicle makers are used only to describe fitment.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
