30-day returns

You can return unused parts in their original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How to return a part

Contact us with your order reference and the parts you want to return.
We reply with a return number and the address to send them to. Parcels without a return number may be refused.
Pack the parts securely and send them with a tracked service.
Once we receive and inspect them, we refund the original payment method within 5 business days.

What cannot be returned

Parts that have been installed, modified, painted or run.
Electrical parts and gaskets once the packaging is opened.
Special-order parts and complete automobiles.
Gift cards.

Return shipping

If we sent the wrong part or it arrived faulty, we pay for the return. Otherwise, return shipping is paid by you, and original shipping costs are not refunded.

Faulty after installation? That is covered by our warranty instead.
